  Amazing customer service and most importantly, trustworthy. We have been going to this shop for over 11 years. I drive an older vehicle (14 years old at the time of this review) so I really appreciate the honesty and extra time they take to make sure the vehicle is in good condition. I also commute every day to work so I put a lot kilometers on my vehicle. They are also reasonably priced and I have never had them go over the initial quote they give me (often slightly under). Highly recommended shop.

  I arrived with one button on my rear hatch not working, was still able to use remaining two options to open my hatch, inside button in front of car and the button on my key fob. After having looked at here, I can no longer access my hatch, it is completely locked and will not open. When I asked what happened they claimed it was like that from the beginning and said they did nothing. All I expect of a business is honesty. I understand if you don not have the ability to diagnose the cars of today as they are extremely difficult to understand because everything is computerized, but please admit that you may have done something to cause this issue. All I received in response was sometimes these things happen. And I asked what they may have touched and again was told they did nothing. I just would like an apology and an admittance. Honesty goes a long way.

  Great customer care, the whole team is always nice to talk to. They are very patient and very accommodating. They listen, they dont take you for-granted and never try to upsell you. Just awesome people to deal with. My Wife loves going there too.
