  No the greatest selection but is expected, never seems to get what you need even if they say they ordering it. Have been promised twice now a call when items come in to no avail.

  I went in looking for a latch to replace the broken one on my door. They did not carry the type I needed but went out of their way to track one down from their window/door supplier. Very polite and helpful. I do a lot of home fix it projects and this store has always been helpful and the customer service very good. They may not always have exactly what your are looking for but they do their best to help.

  Just went in for a sheet of plywood, and I needed two simple cuts to fit my sons twin bed. The woman informed me that cuts were 2$ each but they would only make one. Seeing as I don't have the necessary tools to make the second cut, that's why I inquired about getting it cut in the first place! I am totally willing to pay the fee for cuts, but I think it is really poor customer service to not offer what most people need. Even though I am a Sylvan resident, WILL NEVER BE RETURNING! As I now have to drive into Red Deer I will stay a loyal customer to Home Depot as they are willing to provide outstanding customer service.
