  Excellent and friendly staff. Steam rooms are too dark and cave like, but everything was spotless and well taken care of. Price for service is excellent.

  My most favorite spa. We live in Red Deer where there are plenty of spas but at the end of the day I will always travel out to Sylvan for this one. Pedicures and massages... best way to spend an afternoon or evening hands down. Relaxing, quiet, clean and state of the art spa this one is where it's at. Make the drive, it's worth it.

  Best spa around! Friendly helpful staff.. amazing nails, most soothing accurate and effective massage in Alberta, atmosphere is so relaxing and everything smells nice! Beautiful clean environment. Large rooms, and the steam!! Fantastic! I wish i could stay all day and thou nearly could, since it's very reasonably priced for such delightful service and experience.
